Final preparations Aberdeen Cowes Week
August 2, 2014
Last Thursday and Friday we spent nearly 10 hours on the water, training. Except for a small accident on the foredeck today, it all went very well. Joost Nijhoff fell during a manoeuvre in the hatch, but got free with some bruises. At least that we will have to see tomorrow. We have 2,2 MD’s on board. That must be sufficient.
We calibrated our windangles, our depth meter and our M heading.
Wouter Verbraak tele-helped us to remove some bugs from Expedition.
WE ARE READY.
